2023 Conference Fees
Regular Registration – Registrations received September 28 – October 15, 2023 will incur an additional $75 processing fee (see below)
Full-time Students = $450 + $75 processing fee (with proof of enrollment)
Current Members = $490 + $75 processing fee (membership dues paid prior to 6/1/2023)
New Members = $575 + $75 processing fee (includes $50 for membership dues thru October 2024)
Non-Member = $620 + $75 processing fee
– Registrations received September 28 – October 15, 2023 will incur an additional $75 processing fee and may have delayed access to the live or virtual conference materials.
– On-Site registration is limited to 350 participants (first come, first served).
– Virtual registration numbers are unlimited.
– Registrations for the On-Demand Library will be accepted until 8/15/2024. The On-Demand Library will be available for viewing until 9/15/2024.
2023 Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy
Personal Cancellation: No refunds will be offered. If you register to attend the live in-person or live virtual event and have a scheduling conflict develop, you will be able to obtain all of the course content utilizing the live virtual or on-demand library options, therefore, no refunds will be offered. If you are registering for the in-person on-site Conference, please wait for registration confirmation prior to making any non-refundable travel arrangements. FANNP reserves the right to cancel the live in-person or live virtual event and postpone the on-demand course due to unforeseen circumstances (pandemic or natural disasters). In the event of cancellation of live events and/or on-demand postponement, FANNP will not refund any registration fees and is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
On Demand Library
• All registered conference participants will have access to an On-Demand Library and will be able to review conference sessions for the General Sessions and both Track A and Track B Sessions and can earn CEU credits for 10 months (until September 15, 2024).
• The On-Demand Library is a real bargain and almost doubles the total educational credits available.
Information about Rooms and Reservations
Please be aware that due to planned guest room renovations at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort the number of rooms available for FANNP will be limited this year. We have arranged for an additional room block at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, across the street from the Sheraton, a sister property of the Sheraton.
All conference activities will be at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort.
To obtain the special FANNP rate, make your reservation early and before the “hotel room block release date” which is September 1, 2023 (before 11:00 PM EST). The room blocks may sell out early. After the release date, rooms at the group rate will no longer be available.
When making your reservation, please be sure to choose your arrival and departure dates via the drop-down menu in the “dates” section PRIOR to hitting the “check availability” button. DO NOT LEAVE THE DEFAULT DATES.
Room rates at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort are $229 per room (single/double occupancy), plus taxes. Rates apply 3 days prior to and after the conference.
