2026 Registration Fees*
2026 Registration fees and information will be available in June
2025 On Demand Library
- Registration for the 2025 On Demand Library is available now.
- All registered conference participants will have access to an On-Demand Library and will be able to review conference sessions for the General Sessions and both Track A and Track B Sessions and can earn CEU credits for 10 months (until September 15, 2026).
- The On-Demand Library can be purchased separately, without attending the live events, and has a possible total of 45.5 educational credits available. Registrations for the On-Demand Library will be accepted until 8/15/2026. The On-Demand Library will be available for viewing until 9/15/2026.
Student Registration
- To qualify for the student discount, you must be a full-time equivalent student (generally a minimum of 6-9 credits), enrolled in a NNP preparation course of study.
- Proof of enrollment must be provided. (A copy of course registration or a letter from your department head or registrar indicating you are a full-time student.)
- Verification must be uploaded or emailed to conference@fannp.org when your registration form and payment are submitted.
Syllabus
- The session handout materials will be available electronically.
- In the week prior to the conference you will be provided a link for PDFs of the Conference Schedule and Session Handouts. You will be able to print or download the material for the sessions you will be attending (you will have access to the materials for all other sessions as well).
- For on-site participants, the first few rows of classroom seating have access to outlets for laptops and tablets. Computers and printers are available for use in the Mainstay Lounge at the Sheraton Sand Key.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Personal cancellation - no refunds will be offered. If you register to attend the live in-person or live virtual event and have a scheduling conflict develop, you will be able to obtain the course content utilizing the live virtual or on-demand library options, therefore, no refunds will be offered. If you are registering for the in-person on-site Conference, please wait for registration confirmation prior to making any non-refundable travel arrangements. FANNP reserves the right to cancel the live in-person or live virtual event and postpone the on-demand course due to unforeseen circumstances (pandemic or natural disasters). In the event of cancellation of live events and/or on-demand postponement, FANNP will not refund any registration fees and is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Registrants agree to the following: Access to the Florida Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (FANNP) Conference, audio-visual recordings, and materials is licensed for individual use only. FANNP retains the entire ownership of all copyrights for the content. You are not allowed to duplicate or distribute any content or files, for any purposes. You are prohibited from making collective or derivative works from the content. You may not share your access or materials without the prior written permission of FANNP. Any attempt by you to share access and materials without FANNP's permission shall void your access. The materials are protected by copyright pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions and treaties, and other copyright laws.
